Our pricing is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Starter Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $45 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $40 per qualified lead

Payment is due for qualified leads that meet your specified criteria and have been verified by our AI system. Billing occurs monthly based on leads delivered during the billing period. Pricing may vary based on the advertising channel used ($40-60 per lead depending on channel effectiveness).

5. Lead Quality and Verification

We define a "qualified lead" as a potential customer who meets your specified demographic, behavioral, and interest criteria and has demonstrated genuine interest in your products or services. Our AI system analyzes social network data, engagement patterns, and other factors to verify lead quality before billing.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data collection and processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Social Network Integration

Our services require integration with various social networks to identify and target potential leads. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and comply with the terms of service of each social network platform. We are not responsible for any violations of third-party platform policies.

8. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee specific results or conversion rates. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, AI algorithms, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works based on our technology. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for any qualified leads delivered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
